These 12 questions will give you essential information and only the best and most professional companies will disclose this information with you, when you are making the decision to choose which one to go with.

Your options for waterproofing your concrete pool include either tiles or liner. The choice between the two is down to personal preference. But something you want to be aware of is that there are varying quality with types of liner, and both requires skilled professionals to fit.

Tiling: due to the unique nature of our tiled blocks, the SolidPool blocks can simply be skimmed while you are pouring the concrete, to give you a perfectly smooth finish. You can then apply a waterproof tanking and you are ready to tile.

Liners: whilst some companies will sell you whatever you want to get the sale, we will only supply on-site liners. An on-site Liner is a far superior product to a bag liner. With a lot of high-end companies opting for onsite lining it is becoming the go to solution for concrete pools. The quality of the liner and underlay is brilliant.

A 4mm underlay is fitted to the walls first and then the 2mm liner cut and welded into position. No creases or lines in the corners or around the coping. The on-site liner comes in a range of colours and textures. Our fitters chase a line out from under the coping and install a profile to weld the liner to.

By doing this you do not have an unsightly bed of mortar between the coping and liner giving a seamless finish that also protects the mortar from frost damage. You know your swimming pool liner will be installed by qualified fitters and come with a 12 or 15-year warranty, compared to 7 years on a bag liner.
